Auditors’ Role and Major Functions
The auditors audit corporate accounting and related duties. Finding directors' violations to regulations and the article of association or relevant possibilities, the auditors report the facts to the Board of Directors.
The Company does not have the Audit Committee, while audit is implemented by a standing auditor who is appointed at the shareholders’ meeting based on section 409 of the Commercial Act and section 41-2 of the article of association.
